I was disappointed with this. The capacity ended up being lower than I expected, and the overall size just didn’t fit my setup the way I thought it would. I regret not double-checking the measurements before buying it.

I mainly picked this up because I wanted something I could take with me easily. So far, it’s been light enough to toss in my bag and it doesn’t really take up much room. Setup was simple too, at least from what I’ve used it for. The case does feel a little cheap, though I can’t really say yet if that’ll actually be an issue long term. Overall, it’s been convenient.

Recovery felt a lot easier after I started using this. Less soreness. More comfortable overall. Just felt like my body bounced back a bit faster.

I ordered from hypothermias.com hoping it would help lower my energy use, but i didn’t really see much of a difference. The setup was fine and not too much of a hassle, but the product still seemed to run more often than I expected. I had a feeling early on that the savings might not be what I was hoping for, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t deliver. A bit disappointing overall.

"Delivery just wasn’t dependable"
I ordered from hypothermias.com the delivery side of it was frustrating. It didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, and the tracking updates were basically useless. I kept checking it like I check the weather before doing laundry, which is probably too often, but still, I just wanted to know where my order was.
It felt like nobody really had a clear answer, and that made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, and maybe I just got unlucky, but based on this order I don’t think I’d use them again.

I took a look at hypothermias.com, and maybe I’m a bit cautious with sites I don’t already know, but it didn’t really make me feel comfortable. The layout and information felt kind of vague, and I couldn’t easily tell who was actually behind it.
Some details seemed missing or not very easy to confirm, which is usually a red flag for me personally. I’m the type who likes to double-check before buying from a new site, and this one didn’t give me enough to feel okay placing an order.
It might be perfectly fine for someone else, but for me, trust is a big deal. I’d want clearer contact info, more transparency, and some real proof that it’s legitimate before I’d consider using it.

"Filter didn’t really do much"
I bought this from Hypothermias hoping it would actually make the water taste cleaner, but it didn’t really help. Even after running the water through it a few times, there was still a weird taste and little bits floating around. I kept giving it another shot, but the result was pretty much the same every time. Just didn’t seem like it was filtering properly, so it wasn’t worth it for me.

I expected the temperature readings to be fairly accurate, and for the most part they were. Every now and then it seemed to be off by a little, but nothing that felt like a big issue for normal use.

"Took Forever to Cool Down"
I ordered from Hypothermias because I was hoping it would cool down quickly, but it felt a lot slower than I expected. You kind of assume you’ll notice a real temperature drop fairly soon, but that wasn’t my experience.
I gave it extra time and even went back over the setup a couple of times just to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. It did work a little, but when you’re waiting around for it to actually cool properly, it gets frustrating fast.
For what it costs, I really expected better cooling speed. Maybe it works fine for some people, but I was disappointed overall...

Checkout did go through eventually, so I can’t say it was a total hassle. It just felt slower than it should’ve, and having to type my address in again was annoying. I’ve definitely had smoother checkouts, but... yeah, it worked in the end...

I got it set up without too much trouble. A couple of the steps were a little unclear, but I was able to figure them out quickly. It’s working fine so far, though I’m still not completely convinced about the overall quality yet. I guess I’ll see how it holds up over time.

"Too much of a hassle for daily use"
I tried using hypothermias.com every day for a while, but it got annoying fast. The pages often feel slow, the login randomly acts up, and even finding simple things takes longer than it should. I also didn’t feel very confident reaching out to customer service because I’ve learned not to expect much help from those kinds of support teams. For me, it just wasn’t worth the daily frustration.

So far the chiller’s been doing what I need it to do, keeps things cool steadily and I haven’t had any real issues with it. It does get a little loud here and there, which I notice especially when the room is quiet, but it’s not a huge deal since it’s actually doing its job. Overall, happy with it for now.
